Very spacious rooms, brand new hotel so very modern and clean. Super comfortable and they offer free coffee and hot chocolate down stairs which was bonus to come back to from a cold evening out. Easy to access centre on a 15min bus/tram ride.

Hotel is far out from the main tourist area but that's not a problem as buses and trams are nearby to get you there. Public transport is free to use for everyone. There is a large shopping centre with a food court a short walk away from the hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times. The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good. Free hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre.

Nous avons été touchés par votre compréhension, votre professionnalisme et surtout votre sourire 😊 Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et, malgré le fait qu’un supplément soit normalement appliqué, vous avez eu la gentillesse de faire une exception et de nous offrir un upgrade gratuit, car nous n’étions pas informés — un geste très apprécié, surtout en voyage avec un bébé. Mention spéciale pour le café et le thé gratuits à la réception, une attention simple mais très agréable. Enfin, un grand merci aux deux managers à l’accueil, pour leur bienveillance, leur écoute et leur sens du service. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hotel muy nuevo y limpio, recién estrenado. Personal de recepción muy atento. Cama y almohada fantástica al igual que la ducha. Buenas conexiones tanto en autobús como en tranvía. Como único punto a mejorar, servicio de limpieza algo descordinado, seguramente falta rodaje todavía. Volvería a alojarme en el hotel sin duda y lo recomiendo totalmente.

De kamer was zeer net en de ligging van het hotel was zeer goed dichtbij het openbaar vervoer. Gratis water koffie en thee. Jammer dat de tv niet werkte. De hotel hostess zei dat er weinig tot niks te doen was in Luxemburg. We hebben nochthans mooie plekken bezocht.

Hotel Perfeito!

A estadia foi incrível. A um quarteirão temos o maior shopping da cidade, com o melhor supermercado que já vi em minha vida. O TRAM para a um quarteirão e todo o transporte público da cidade é grátis. E este hotel foi inaugurado em Setembro/2025. Ou seja, está tudo novo e perfeito!! Equipe super atenciosa.
