The place overall is very nice and clean. What they do not tell you is that there is someone living there and she is like the police of the house. I was told quiet hours were from 10pm-7am she was saying no it starts at 9. It is 30$ a day for the hot tub to be hot and only one person pays and the rest of the house gets to use it i do not think that its fair. I got a noise complaint because of my daughter I was the only one with a child I thought it was kid friendly. Not very good at communication. Very restricted and stric I felt I was not able to use the house because of the lady that was living there. I was getting blamed for what other guest was doing.
