Excellent hot spring and service

one of the best natural hot springs is in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were also excellent. I especially want to thank to Mr Katsuhisa Sato, the leader of guest services for his incredible service. We had a problem with other hotels regarding cancellation. He made a call to the hotel and arranged everything for us. Thanks to him, our memory for the Japan and the hotel became extraordinary. Thank you again Sato! We definately visist this hotel again in near future

We loved our stay here! This onsen is very different than other places we’ve gone to before- it’s one of a kind and has a huge variety of different onsen pools both indoors and outdoors! Felt so relaxed and clean afterwards. The stay in the ryokan was also very comfortable and if you can’t afford a kaiseki dinner, there’s ramen and soba restaurants in B1 floor! Loved it here :) would recommend!
