The room was exceptionally clean. Towels. Sheets. All of it was clean and tidy. Complete with mini fridge and microwave. It Had a gorgeous view of the creek and nice little balcony. I really Enjoyed the covered parking located steps from the door to the hotel and another step or two to our room. The staff were wonderful. We needed a few extra towels and called the desk. Within a few minutes more towels were delivered to the door. Staff were also informative and very friendly at the check in. Politely answered questions and gave maps and information about the area. This was our first time actually staying in Gatlinburg. My kids swam in the pool. It was clean and quiet. It was great the pool towels being pool side. Very convenient. The hotel breakfast was great. Staff were constantly restocking and making sure everything was out and ready for guests. Both Saturday and Sunday morning there was a little different variety. We probably enjoyed the doughnut holes the best. They were fantastic. This lodge was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to stay here again. It was perfect! The hotel is conveniently located to walk the downtown area. You are just a short walk from lots of shopping and attractions.

The room is clean. I love the balcony with the river run through it. Breakfast was fine. Parking was good cause we were right outside our hotel room and the staff was great close to everything. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in poor condition and in need of a major refurbishment. The air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off so we found sleep. The fan in the bathroom was also extremely noisy. The room decor is dated throughout and the furniture needs a major upgrade. The bed creaked with every movement. The pool was shut throughout our stay so anyone booking with children I would advise to check. On the positive side, the location is great, right in the heart of the town and amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful and the parking is brilliant.

Great stay on the strip of Gatlinburg. Room had a smell. Not the complimentary breakfast i was expecting. Toast, oatmeal & biscuits & gravy. Staff was great! Room was very spacious for family of 3. Would recommend

Pool was closed. WiFi was ok. Bed was hard as a brick with only a sheet and very light blanket. Bathtub was extremely dangerous. Very slippery with tacky strips all but gone. Bathrooms need a grab bar in or around shower area. Food was beyond disgusting.
