I booked 2 rooms, unbeknown to me, you/the hotel booked a 3rd room. I learned this at check in, front desk mgr of no help, said to call you. I spent 45 min on the phone this past Fri night 11/07 on phone with your cust svc, they saw the mistake, but said to get hold of front desk mgr at hotel, since cancellation deadline had passed (before I even know there was a mistake). Back to front desk mgr this AM at check out, said I have to take it up with you. Told them I had, they shrugged and said Hotels dot com booked the 3rd room. Now, we used and paid for the 2 rooms we reserved; did not stay in the 3rd room we hadn't booked or need. Please tell me ... who is to reimburse my AMEXP? 636 346 2711 or. rodjballard@gmail.com.
