O hotel é muito bom. Equipe solicita, muito comercio nas redondezas e estação de metro que te leva a qualquer lugar de Londres a menos de 5 min a pé. O único porém é que nós ficamos num quarto para deficiente e a água vazava do box para o quarto, mas dava pra contornar. Fora isso não tem do que reclamar. Ficaria de novo lá.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again!

the Drey is a very nice and well put hotel. Easy to access, and close to a lot of places like South Kensington and Brompton area. I love the ease and technology use in checking in and out. There could be more space but for a single traveller its very ideal!

The staff was the highlight of the stay. Very personable and hospitable. The first day of my stay there was no hot water due to a fire alarm being tripped the day before. I appreciated the quick response and explanation. It was out of their hands. Room was very clean. Definitely snug as I booked one of the smallest rooms but it was just me so it worked fine.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Evidently the hotel is New New, everything is perfect. Even the carpets smelt New. We stayed in a 6 berth, 2 double bunks and a single set of bunk beds, which for 5 of us was perfect. The room itself was large with plenty of space. The accessible shower/WC provided plenty of space. I would urge the management to keep a close eye on the fixtures of the metal bed frames, with frequent use these will become loose and the bed frames will squeak!! The provision of USB both A and C by the side of every bed is a cracking idea. The shelf with the coffee machine could be a little larger, as the machine has to sit sideways! The free water cartons and coffee facilities were a nice touch. My wife made use of the provided hair dryer. Perfectly located near to Earls Court tube station. Some other hotel chains could learn a thing or two regarding the bunk beds for larger family groups without the need to purchase 2 rooms with an adjoining door. We would definitely consider staying again when the time comes.

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from Earls Court Station. Very quiet neighbourhood. Hotel appears to have been upgraded recently so all looks new. Perfect clean. Good beds. And not least - very friendly front desk staff. Our sintere thanks to Caniho and Sidiq for being so friendly and service minded.
