We stayed here for a few nights my husband, my friend, and I and overall it was a decent experience. The apartment didn’t look exactly like the photos, but it was still fine. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the view from the 21st floor was really great. The location isn’t central, but it’s easy enough to get around by using Grab, so that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only downside was that, even though the apartment can easily sleep 4–5 people, there wasn’t enough cutlery or plates. There was maybe a small set for about three people, and there were no proper eating knives, bread knives, or other basic kitchen items you would normally expect in a standard apartment. There was also no extra toilet paper provided. So if you decide to book this place, just be aware that it might not look exactly like the photos and that you may not have enough kitchen utensils for everyone. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and the view was definitely a highlight

Excellent value for the price, large comfortable apartment with all amenities you can imagine including Samsung AirDresser in the master washroom. Location just a 10 minute ride from the city centre with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Only gripe was communication - was asked to WhatsApp for the keycard upon arrival and the person could not really speak English. Otherwise, highly recommended both for short or long term stay in HCMC.

It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Hotel staff from bellman service, front desk, breakfast attendant & housekeeping are always friendly & will try to accommodate your needs if you have any special requests if available & possible. They tend to do free room upgrades once in a while which i find very nice of them. Hotel location is perfect, close to everything you need but can be a bit loud on weekends since there’s a bar/club near there if you don’t mind it. Overall i always enjoy my stay there.

Had the Governor Suite 2 adults and 1 child, paid for extra bed in the lounge area. Huge room and great way to end our holiday. Extra bed price was expensive compared to all other hotels we stayed in Vietnam but overall still a great hotel.
