The place is located in walking distance from all the sightseeing things you want. Lots of coffee and food shops around. Neighborhood is more local, but just one street and you’re in the middle of tourist area, which gives you more peaceful stay. Definitely worth the money. Staff is very helpful, attentive and responsive. Would stay again

Worst Experience — Dishonest Listing & Zero Reliability Avoid the “Metropole Luxury Riverside Apartmen” at all costs. This was one of the most misleading and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I arrived at the property, called and texted the host — only to be told, after I was already there, that the room I booked was “no longer available.” I had booked one week in advance and had a valid confirmation number for the exact room type. Despite this, the host continuously apologized while insisting I book one of her ‘other’ properties instead, claiming she would “offer a discount.” This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. She promised a full refund since she could not honor the booking, but that did absolutely nothing to fix the situation in the moment. We were left completely stranded. My partner and I spent hours searching for a new place to stay — nearly impossible on a Saturday night when most accommodations were fully booked. This listing is deceitful, unreliable, and should never have been available for booking in the first place. Shame on this property for misleading guests, and shame on Hotels.com for failing to provide oversight or ensure that listed properties actually fulfill their reservations. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good room. Really clean. Great staff. Excellent concierge helped us with bookings tours at a reasonable price. Rooftop pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but is really pleasant with a great view. We’ll likely stay there again.

It feels like home when you stay here unlike the usual standard hotels. The room is big and the staff clean and make it well each time. Location is great and easy to access most of the attractions area in district 1. Staff are polite and always helpful. Deserving of the 5 star rating. They also provide tea time free for guest for the length of the stay. Next time, book directly with them for even more benefits.
