Esplendor is located in the Arena Maipu a casino leisure complex some half an hour from Mendoza. As such it is blessed with amenities but not in the heart of the city. Nonetheless location is good for wineries. The hotel is well looked after and run by excellent attentive staff. It was a pleasure being there and we will certainly stay there again.

El hotel es muy lindo, el servicio carece de calidad, no hay batas y pantuflas para su uso, ofrecieron degustación de vinos y tragos de cortesía, los cuales no se pudieron usar porque estaba cerrado. Me cobraron el IVA por un valor $ 57.700 y me dieron una factura del cual solo $ 10.014 es IVA, el monto restante se lo queda el hotel y no lo aporta a la AFIP: No volvería.

Hotel com boa estrutura, quartos e lençóis bons. Apenas os travesseiros precisam ser renovados. Café da manhã abaixo do esperado para o padrão do hotel. Pão industrializado, frutas inteiras, pouca variedade. Não havia possibilidade de omeletes ou sanduíche por exemplo. Mesa não era posta. O Hóspede tem que pegar tudo no buffet. Denota falta de cuidado e carinho da gerência.

Mendoza é repleta de boas surpresas.

Na chegada, tivemos um probleminha para achar o Hotel, pois em nenhum lugar da fachada ou dentro do saguão exibe seu nome. Achei isso estranho para um Hotel com uma excelente infraestrutura e renome. Fomos bem recebidos e achamos o quarto adequado ao nível do hotel. Como a iluminação do quarto é indireta só pudemos constatar a sujeira com a incidência do sol na manhã seguinte. Reportamos o fato à recepção e o problema da poeira foi resolvido. A área da piscina é muito boa! O SPA também é muito bom. O café da manhã é bom, embora não varie o cardápio. Resumindo, o hotel é muito bom e Mendoza é uma beleza!
