Had a wonderful stay at Phuong’s stay. Instructions were clear and the host was very understanding and flexible to our requests. Everyone was friendly, especially the security man who was welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The place was clean and spacious as well.

The Room was not as described. The bed was so hard. There were ants. We had to put a deposit in terms of cash, so the check out was not as easy as we need to get it back. Also we asked for another card so We had two cards, but did not get that also we wanted to use the pool but did not as we needed to be registered - and she Never called back for the registration. The hotel staff loked after us from the very moment we arrived which was late at night until we left, days later, from the pool side staff to the front desk. The hotel is handy to a couple of markets and resturants as well as a good walk or short cab ride to museums. Plus across the road you can catch the harbour dinner cruises, in all a great place to stay.

Clean and well appointed good sized room. We upgraded to a king river view room but in the end it wasn’t really worth it. High windows didn’t make it easy to see and the river view is right above the road so a bit noisy.
