Great location in the heart of Madrid

Great location! Well kept and working facilities. The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in the center of the city with amazing subway and train connections. For those arriving in taxi, there’s no access to the puerta del sol area, so some walking may be needed if that’s how you’re planning to arrive. The staff is super friendly and the room was impeccable. Totally recommended.

Very bad condition the building and the rooms. While we were there the elevator didn't work and the rooms are on floors 3rd and 4th. Bathrooms look dirty and damaged. The location is good BUT cars have no access to the property, so imagine walking 4 blooks with luggage to get there and the elevator doesn't work.

- I wasn’t expecting the bathroom to be outside of the room. It was six feet down a corridor outside the room and required a PIN code to enter. That meant you had to be dressed going to and from and I had to take my phone with me each time to remember the pin. - The room wasn’t cleaned or bed made on the first morning but was on subsequent mornings. - Only camomile and green tea and decaf coffee were available in room, none of which I like. - The complimentary water wasn’t replenished. - The walls were paper thin and I was disturbed by other guests having conversations or running showers.

Thanks Víctor for being the main reason I’m grateful of staying at this hotel. You offer a high standard customer service equivalent to a five star hotel, professional and always goes the extra mile to please. This was my third week on vacation and was arriving late night from Barcelona, and Víctor contacted me around 11pm to coordinate the preparation of the key and to tell me that he will be waiting for me even after midnight. There was not iron available, but he was able to find one & take it to my room in less than 5 minutes. Víctor, thanks for always being eager to help & for all your suggestions of the places to visit in the city. Also, thanks to the only lady who guided me with the tours (sorry don’t recall your name). There was no elevator the day I left, Sunday. It was broken since the day before & couldn’t be repaired because of the weekend. She took my heavy suitcase down from the third floor by herself, thank you again. The room is not even close to how it looks on the website photos; not pleasant. The cleaning was really poor, hair everywhere, dirty room, bathroom & the sheets were not that clean, in fact didn’t change it during the 7 nights I stayed. They only made the bed. The balcony doesn’t work, is only decorative & the closure of that door is broken. The noise is terrible; the curtain doesn’t block out the noise, so it doesn’t allow you to sleep (people talking, protests, the noise of the business restocking their merchandise at night, horrible…)

Infelizmente fomos surpreendido com a acomodaçao que é totalmente diferente das fotos que são mostradas no hotel. com. Ao chegar no quarto nem papel higiênico tinha no banheiro.Fomos questionar com a recepçao e fomos informado que as fotos são genéricas A única coisa que vale ressaltar é a localizaçao que e perto de tudo Eu e minha esposa tivemos que ir para outro hotel e só dormimos 1 noite.Pena que não temos o dinheiro do valor das diárias de volta que não foram baratas banheiro

The room was clean but not spotless, the staff was polite and friendly in general and the area is ideal but noisy because of too much crowd.Also the rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything next eg taking a bath or speaking and also the cleaning staff is noisy even around midnight when they reload the stock of amenities.
