Rooms were spacious and clean, everything felt secure and well kept. Easy walk to anywhere we needed to go. Can’t say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! They were so sweet and helpful and even remembered what we liked to eat and drink for our meals.

Only thing one wants is a clean comfortable room..right?! What we got was a room with everything covered in dust and windowsills full of dead flies. Contacted the hotel customer relations about the situation we encountered and they sent us to the booking company!!! They took no responsibility for what happens in their hotel!!!!!.

Great location

Hi, the hotel and room were nice. Breakfast was standard. I had a river view room but that came with a lot of additional noise from talking and cars outside. I had to park several blocks away so keep that in mind. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

O hotel fica extremamente bem localizado. Os quartos são amplos e bem confortáveis. O chuveiro é ótimo e a cama excelente. O que mais nos chamou a atenção foi o staff. Incrível atendimento tanto no check-in quanto do restante das funcionários , com um elogio especial para Joss, que se esforçou bastante para resolver, sempre de forma atenciosa, algumas questões que tivermos durante o check-in.

hatten ein Premium Zimmer, die grösse war sehr gut, sogar das Fenster konnte etwas geöffnet werden. Zimmer sauber, jedoch teils etwas schmuddelig und erneuerungsbedürftig. Empfang beim Checkin sehr nett. Frühstücksbuffet gut, am 2. Morgen jedoch durch eine Reisegruppe geplündert und das Auffüllen durch nur 1 Person ging zu lange.

Definitely not worth the price.

This is a rundown property. Needs lots of repairs all around the property. In the bathrooms, they don’t have Roy’s rolls of toilet paper that sheets of toilet paper. The dispenser was clogged up in our room. Every way you look property looks rundown. One terrible pillow per person Internet slow as molasses. Maybe worth US$75 per night. Parking nonexistent basically.
