The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay just to have peace and not let that spoil my vacation that I've planned way back so i didnt had any issues. It didn't help and i had non, ZERO support from HOTELS.COM.

Atendimento ótimo desde a recepção até o café da manhã, nos deixando a vontade para conversas ou para ficar tranquilo vendo o mar Acomodações confortáveis e bem preparadas, com restaurante à disposição, único ponto negativo foi a falta de atenção a limpeza do banheiro, mas nada que causasse algum tipo de estresse.
