Not very happy with our overall stay

Check in wasn’t the greatest thing they were going to give us a call when our room was ready and they didn’t. They put us on the 4th floor and way down the hallway which is an inconvenience for seniors and having to carry our luggage. If you want ice you have to go all the way down to the front desk to get any. There’s no place to go and relax to have coffee in the morning. It’s definitely a pain to have to get up and drive to go get coffee or a little something for breakfast.

Great property, iffy climate control

Great property, awesome amenities. Our only complaint is we had a really tough time sleeping; even though we were on the ground floor the room would get stifling hot, then the A/C unit would loudly kick on and blast us with cold air, then the room would reheat for some reason and that cycle would continue all night. Despite that, we would probably stay here again because of all of the positive aspects of the property.

Mini Summer Vacation

This Resort is beautiful and a perfect location for both Hotsprings, Kootenay National Park, Panorama Ski Resort and of course the stunning community of Invermere. If we were to go again I think we would get a larger room with more of a private balcony as the neighbour's could see our deck and into our room quite clearly. We spent our nights confined to the room with the blinds closed. And we did feel a little cramped in the standard room with the Queen bed. The pools and hot tubs came in handy after a day of exploring. The outdoor pool had a Cabana where you could order drinks and some food throughout the day when the Restaurant was not open. The Pool was busy the whole time we were there with a lot of young kids. So be prepared to be splashed in the face a lot! 😂 there was also an indoor pool which was colder than the outside one, indoor hot tub and an outdoor hot tub. If you want to eat at the Restaurant, highly recommend reservations. Down the road and to your left if leaving the resort is an Esso Gas Station and General Store which had everything and anything you may need. Lots of premade food, slushies, coffee, etc that can be purchased and brought back to the room. We were not aware of the quiet time policy of 11pm so if we do go back I would probably go in the fall when kids are back in school. Summer months have lots of families staying there and things can get loud at night, especially if you go to bed before 11pm. Overall we really liked the Resort.

A very pleasant stay!

Copper Point was a pleasant surprise. Our one bedroom suite with a golf view was exactly what the photos show. I was surprised at how well maintained and how well kept the suite was given how busy the resort is. The room was furnished very well and tastefully so. Furniture was not beaten up or worn (this is a busy resort). The A/C worked very well, the room was spotlessly clean, including everything in the kitchen cabinets. Staff were very helpful, housekeeping was great.

Had to change rooms

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Overall, it’s definitely aging and not near as clean as it used to be. We sadly had issues with our original room (shower head would only let out a trickle of water and bathroom sink was plugged/draining very slow). After four trips to the front desk (one to notify, one to check if maintenance had come, one to follow up on maintenance not coming and one to get new keys), the staff explained that the maintenance team had been MIA for a couple hours. We suggested switching rooms or only paying for the first night/cancelling the rest of our stay. The front desk staff were doing their best and were kind enough to deal with. Around 9pm, we were switched to a different, very nice room. The shower was excellent!! The rest of our stay was pleasant enough but tough to rate as it started out poorly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking mountains and the golf course. The outdoor pool water was comfortably warm. Elements restaurant was a highlight. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious! We loved sitting on the patio for dinner. The service was excellent! My husband is blind and Wade, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us with unloading and loading our car. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he gave a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and dessert. We highly recommend this resort.
