Do Not Book — Ghost Listing / Non-Existent Property My partner and I had a terrible experience with what is listed as “The Lumiere Riverside Luxury Apartment.” I strongly advise all travelers NOT to book this property, as it appears to be a ghost listing and does not actually exist in the way it is advertised. After a long day of traveling, we arrived only to be met by confused and unhelpful front desk staff who informed us they only handle long-term residents and have no system or information to look up a short stay booking like ours (5 days / 4 nights). They clearly had no connection to the listing at all. To make matters worse, a separate unit owner approached us in the lobby and told us this kind of situation is common, and that some travel agents list nonexistent “luxury” units to take money from unsuspecting tourists. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable had the listing been legitimate. Do NOT book this property. Save yourself the time, frustration, and risk.

The shuttle was very convenient, as I was traveling alone and worried about taking a taxi, so when I came back I asked for a car and they were happy to help.

Everyone was very satisfied, except for the receptionist who was too slow, always making guests wait, check-in procedures, from check-in to getting the key took more than 1.5 hours. The other staff were very polite, enthusiastic in helping guests. The room was spacious, fully equipped. Room upgrade twice a day, great.
