Anna and her staff (family) were amazing! They were so friendly and very helpful in providing detailed activities and ideas for us to do while in Paros. The hotel room was great, very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was great too! Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paros!

I would rate this place higher if I could. Right from check in we were greeted with lemonade and the front desk showed us a map of the island and told us all the the activities we could do, cool places to go and best beaches for what we wanted. They showed us our room and were so kind and friendly. The next day they helped us plan our bus routes to various towns. Breakfast was fantastic too! The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had including around 15 unique pastries I’ve never had before. And all of them were nut free!! Ana took the time to explain each one to us on our first morning. I was so impressed. They remembered us and asked us how our days or activities went too which was so sweet. The only downside to this place is that the road to get there from nausea doesn’t have sidewalks and the cars go fast around the corners sometimes but lots of people were also walking to and from. Genuinely this has been one of the most positive hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Kind and friendly staff that went above and beyond.

I’m a very picky customer, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcomed when we walked into the hotel. Anna at the front desk was very helpful with everything. She suggested things to do according to our choice. One day we came back late from an excursion and I was tired and needed some tea. Even though the kitchen was closed, the owner of the hotel himself brought tea for me. It felt so good that we were staying at such welcoming place. I’m definitely going there again. Highly recommend this hotel as staff are all caring, you feel very safe, and it’s the perfect location for everything!

The property was nothing like it was advertised on expedia. The photos are kinda misleading. However, the staff were extremely nice (especially Maria). She went above and beyond explaining everything about Paros and her personal recommendations. We had limited time on the island, therefore she was a big help. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're staying more than 1-2 nights in Paros.

Mersina Exclusive was a wonderful place to stay. Anna is true treasure. She is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about Paros. The entire staff and owner treat you like family. The breakfast buffets were full of authentic Greek specialties. I highly recommend staying here.

My group and I loved our time staying at Mersina Exclusive! Not only was the location optimal and a close walking distance to the center of Naousa, but Anna and our driver were super kind and welcoming. Despite our late check-in, Anna ensured we had transportation to and from the Port of Paros when we were coming to and leaving the hotel. The driver himself was also very friendly and provided local recommendations both in the Naousa and Parikia area. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Paros!

Anna from Mersina was so on top of it from the get go. Everything was ready for us when we arrived by the 7:25 am ferry, even though we were early. She gave us loads of helpful tips, which made our experience on the island way better than it would have been if she hadn't shared her knowledge of the island with us. There is a bakery right across from the street with amazing coffee and treats, another one close to the apartments with extremely accommodating staff and a supermarket nearby as well.
