The staff support was lacking dramatically in this stay. I have stayed here for many weeks and in the beginning the staff response for cleaning and fixing issues was ok, but this last week, there has been no response for days, and the response is inaccurate and completely inadequate. The cleaning requests are ignored or not answered, the toilet clogs every 2nd day and the request was ignored for days so I had to call someone myself to fix it. The gym access has not been approved, the kitchen exhaust does not work, and response is always-please wait. Then I was told that I should pack and they will move me to another room so they can fix the toilet. So I spend hours packing up and at moving time, I was told that no need to move they will try and fix the issues later sometime. All in all, very unprofessional experience. I do not know if the management team has changed, but I will never book anything here if this continues and will recommend all my friends who are coming to stay here to go another building. The ownership needs to sit down with management and make sure the requests are answered timely and the broken things are taken care of correctly.

Good food around the area, clean, has all the essentials you need, for the price you wont find a better deal in hcm, if you are looking for something more premium you can go to hilton, but for value you will not find anything as good as this. I give this a 5/5 for value

Phuong est une super hôte et l'emplacement du lieu est idéal ! A l'abri des klaxons de la ville et entouré de bons restaurants, c'est un vrai plus de rentrer dans le calme. Ils ont même une machine à laver qui nous a sauvé la vie :)

They don't even give us any information how to check-in and which Landmark's building is our room. I tried to call them to get a confirmation before our arrival. Had to cancel this booking and yet we didn't get any refund from the "hotel".

I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. The place is a dream—the room is very clean, the internet is fast, loved the washer and dryer (super super convenient!). The local recommendations guide is super helpful, too. Wish I had more time to check every single place they listed. The hosts are incredibly proactive and checked on me from time to time even if I didn't ask for any assistance. Cannot recommend them enough and I will book them if I ever plan on visiting Ho Chi Minh again in the future.

stayed here for one night (as we were only in town for one night) and it was perfect! very clean and comfortable with warm water in the shower and a great ac. super walkable to all the crazy bar streets but not so close that it’s right in the thick of it (5 minute walk away). great spot would definitely stay again
