I booked a room for my brother, who was driving into town for work. When he arrived to check in at 7:00 PM, he was told he *had no reservation*. I had booked and prepaid for the room two days earlier, so I immediately sent over the confirmation details—still nothing.
I contacted Hotels.com, and after they called the property, we learned what actually happened: the hotel **confirmed the room at 4:30 PM and then CANCELLED it at 5:35 PM the same day**. And no one bothered to call us. Instead, they sent an email that went straight to junk. They overbooked, canceled the reservation *after* confirming it, and provided zero help in finding another Wyndham location.
After three unanswered calls to the owner, I’m warning others: **do NOT stay here**. It’s simply not worth the hassle.
