Nice place and good location. Easy entry once you figure it out. Was quiet and apartment feel was nice. If traveling with 3 make sure you get the right room. Probably user error but our 21 son slept on the floor. :)

Die Aussenjalosie zum Balkon war defekt. Am zweiten Tag wurde sie vom Handwerker geschlossen und dadurch der Balkon blockiert. Danach war das Zimmer tagsüber dunkel und ungemütlich. Der Balkon konnte nie benutzt werden. Ich möchte eine Erstattung eines Teils des Gesamtpreises zurückfordern. Vielen Dank

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property - great location, clean and tidy room including a modern TV, kitchen and bathroom and nice outdoor area that gets a good amount of sun during the day. They were also responsive when the shower became blocked. A couple of areas I hope they can improve for future guests - there were a number of slats loose on the bed we had to adjust and had caused the mattress to slump in the middle. Also there was an exit sign that let off quite a bit of green light, meaning the room was never very dark and we had to sleep with eye masks.

The property was in a great location with plenty of dining options including a great brunch place Just downstairs. The apartment was lovely and spacious and nicely appointed . We had a few issues with using the passcodes to get into the building and apartment but we eventually sorted it out with the help of the fabulous CA Downtown cafe owner. A downside of the apartment was the bed sloped towards the middle and there were no cleaning supplies such as washing up detergent, wash up cloth or tea towel. There was also no drying rack so we needed to take the washing to laundry for driers. Overall a great place to stay on Porto

The studio was just as pictured and furnished Lovely. It was also very clean and lots of shopping to walk too. On weekends the are craft fairs with local items to buy across the street. Lots of places to party but our room was very quiet. I’d definitely stay there again.
Lots of places to dine close by.
Beautiful tile work across the street
Our favorite place for breakfast called the Lazy Cafe. Just short walk from where we were staying.

The apartment was beautiful, tasteful designed, clean and had everything we needed (loved the little housekeeping kit, very thoughtful!) The communication was quick and on point. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls. We got used to that after a short time, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We spent a great time there.

Great location and in walking distance to everything. Most things are less than a 10 minute walk from the property. Very clean and cute apartment. At night you could hear the sounds of people talking on the street, but it didn’t bother me personally. There was a washer/dryer and they provided laundry pods. The machine didn’t dry the clothes properly so we had to hang dry them. It also would not unlock unless the entire cycle was finished. The only other thing that annoyed me with the property was that the door to the apartment was tedious to get into due to the keypad being temperamental, BUT when we called them about it they let us in remotely and then followed up with us on the issue a few hours later. Overall it was a great stay and I consider us so lucky that we got to stay in this cute apartment in the center of Porto

Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service! Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
