位置滿方便的，在一個熱鬧的小巷子，走過巷子離有名的Pho 10不遠。飯店本身算是乾淨但略顯老舊跟照片上不太一樣，只住一晚來說還可以，冷氣聲音很大。工作人員親切。

I don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel. It is more of a 2 star hotel. The sound proof of the hotel is really bad. I heard someone knocking on something at midnight at one of the nights. And I heard someone talking every morning around 6:30. The building needs renovation. One room We booked, there was a small crack on the door where people can slightly see inside the room. And there was a head of a toothpaste used by a former guest in the corner of the sink.

Location was great! Just 2 mins away from the Hoan Kiem lake and loads of food and coffee places around. The main attraction of the stay were the staff. They were amazingly attentive and warm. Special mention to Jimmi (manager), Giang (at the restaurant) & my fellow black pink fan behind the info counter (forgot to get her name but she’s awesome). Also to Mia for sending us off so pleasantly! Well done and keep up the good work. It’s personal treatment like this that will make me return to your hotel for my next trip!

The staff are amazing people, so helpful and kind ,what ever you ask of them they will do there best to do for you , Beautiful breakfast, Location is perfect , they can arrange transport and we had no issues with it overly cars and drivers, I would highly recommend this hotel, Especial thank you to Mia for all the help she gave to us when we had an issue with my phone, While we were in vietnan we stayed in this hotel at the start of our holiday, and at the end of our trip, Thank you Indochine Premium hotel.

Unfortunately, I made reservations with staff to be pickup at the airport and no one showed up. No response while I contacted the hotel. And when we got to the hotel, due to the mishap with airport pickup they checked us in early which appreciated. Our room AC was not functioning so ask staff, he checked it and said it’ll cool in a while. We stayed for 2 days and AC was probably functioning at 20%. Will give overall rating at 7/10

The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

This was a great little hotel where the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, walk in showers and soft beds. I had a small problem with my air conditioning on the second night, but the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, and even went so far as to upgrade me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast is varied, with a range of Eastern and Western options which varied slightly from day to day. The location is excellent - on a more secluded street, but close to both the lake and the more lively tourist areas. Overall, it's a great hotel, with dedicated staff who elevate the experience.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Allerdings befindet es sich in einer Straße, in der nur die Roller/Motorräder durchfahren dürfen; Autos sind nicht erlaubt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da ihr Frühstücksbereich derzeit im Umbau ist, wird das Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel angeboten. Allerdings sind dort die Sitzplätze limitiert. Ich empfehlen, Frühstücksboxen vorzubestellen. Das hatte sehr gut geklappt.

接客は丁寧でよかったです。 ホテルまでの送迎サービスでは荷物を運んでくれました。昼食もシンプルですが、ゆっくり食べれて雰囲気はよかったです。 ただホテルの壁が薄く、廊下を歩く音・他に部屋のドアの開け閉めの音・ドライヤーの音が大きく聞こえる為、寝てる時に起きてしまう事が多々ありました

Fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, but without the crazy noise! GREAT location and close to everything you want to explore in Hanoi. The hotel is not very big, which is very similar to other hotels in the city. Our room was great and had everything we neededd. The staff helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay with a night on a cruise. All in all staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast is at another hotel nearby. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Top Hotel in a Central Location – Highly Recommended I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi, with many attractions easily reachable on foot. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet, which made the stay especially pleasant. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was varied and left nothing to be desired. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. Overall, an elegant hotel with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

They booked some tours for me at late notice and gave me great recommendations for cafes and restarants. For the money, i just can't fault this hotel. What I truly appreciated about the hotel was its perfect location, nestled right in the heart of the old quarter near the hoan kiem lake. Despite the lively surroundings, the hotel itself offered a peaceful retreat. More importantly, the friendly staff were always ready with a smile and helpful advice for moving around Hanoi and booking tours.
