Overall we have a great stay at Golden Sun Hotel. The location was perfect, especially if its your first time in Hanoi and you want to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were very good, in particular Jimmi at reception who was super friendly and helpful with booking tours, transportation and giving city recommendations.

We liked how the hotel was near souvenir shops and restaurants that were on our list. We also loved how the staff helped accommodate us with our needs and requests. The breakfast was also good! Great food selection. The room is very spacious & comfy. We had a good sleep during our stay.

-The hotel was confortable and clean, perfect location and easy to find -The staff was really professional and helpfull (we booked a cruise to Ha long bay through the hotel and it was amazing) -Breakfast is fresh and good quality (a cook even prepare on demand Vietnamese dishses and eggs!) We had to leave early and then even prepare a lunch box for us! Thank you for everything

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Golden Sun. L'emplacement était parfait, surtout si c'est votre première fois à Hanoï et que vous souhaitez explorer le Vieux Quartier. Le personnel était très sympathique, en particulier Jimmi à la réception, qui était très amical et serviable pour réserver des excursions, organiser les transports et donner des conseils sur la ville.

La chambre était propre, elle dispose des équipements nécessaires, le lit est confortable et l'emplacement est proche de la plupart des attractions. Le meilleur, c'est que Jimmi nous a aidés à planifier et organiser les excursions que nous avons faites (une croisière dans la baie d'Halong et à SaPa). Ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous avons pu faire un check-in anticipé, ils peuvent garder les bagages si vous avez déjà fait le check-out. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment bon et le personnel est très sympathique, nous sommes très satisfaits de tout.

The room was clean, it has the amenities needed, the bed is confortable and location is close to most of the attractions. The best thing is that Jimmi helped us to schedule and organize the tours that we did (a cruise to Halong Bay and SaPa) They picked us up from the airport and we did early check in, they storage the luggage if you already did the check out The breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly, we are so happy with everything.

We stayed at Indichine Premium hotel for three nights and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond—at one point, they even offered to take my wife by bike to pick up a pizza from Domino’s! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and close to everything you need. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and thoughtful touches. For our early departure, they prepared a customized breakfast box, which was incredibly convenient. While the bathroom could use a little updating, the overall experience was fantastic thanks to the warm hospitality and central location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and easy access to Hanoi’s attractions.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Indichine Premium pendant trois nuits et avons été complètement impressionnés par le service exceptionnel. Le personnel a fait tout son possible – à un moment donné, ils ont même proposé d'emmener ma femme en vélo pour aller chercher une pizza chez Domino’s ! Ce niveau de soin est rare et vraiment apprécié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, en plein cœur de Hanoï et proche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le petit-déjeuner était un point fort, avec une bonne variété et des attentions particulières. Pour notre départ matinal, ils ont préparé un panier petit-déjeuner personnalisé, ce qui était extrêmement pratique. Bien que la salle de bain puisse bénéficier de quelques rénovations, l'expérience globale a été fantastique grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et à l'emplacement central. Fortement recommandé à tous ceux qui recherchent un excellent service et un accès facile aux attractions de Hanoï.

Questo è stato il nostro secondo soggiorno all'hotel Indochine Premium e anche questa volta è andato alla grande. Hanno organizzato il nostro trasferimento da Ha Long e offerto il servizio di lavanderia, che non avevamo utilizzato in precedenza ma che abbiamo provato questa volta (a pagamento). Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza simile alla volta precedente, quindi sapevamo che saremmo stati comodi. La colazione è stata 10/10 come sempre e il personale va sempre oltre per offrirti un soggiorno senza intoppi. Poiché il nostro volo successivo era presto, hanno organizzato per noi una colazione da asporto e il trasporto per l'aeroporto. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. La posizione è perfetta e abbastanza vicina da poter raggiungere a piedi il lago, i negozi e il cibo, senza essere troppo rumorosa e senza il trambusto della città.

This was our second stay Indochine Premium hotel and it passed with flying colours again. They organised for our transport from Ha long and provided laundry service which we had not previously used but did this time round (for a fee). We stayed in a similar room as before so knew we'd be comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10 as always and the staff always go above and beyond to provide you with a seamless stay. As our next flight was early they organised us a takeaway breakfast and transport to the airport. Highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and close enough to walk to the lake,shops and food without being too noisy and amongst the hustle and bustle.

This is not a 4-star hotel as currently described. Rooms are smaller than described, hotel breakfast was in a separate sister hotel that you had to walk to, next to no services outside the typical hotel service to make up your room. Our room smelt of mold from the air conditioner. While water pressure was good, floors were very slippery and almost impossible to not get the bathroom more wet after a shower. Best thing that my partner liked about the hotel was the bidet attachment. Other than that, the location is supreme. Hotel is just ok.
