Disgusting. Peeling walls. Burnt comforter, stained sheets & towels. Broken shower handles, floor in bathroom was peeling, mold stains on shower curtain. Felt unsafe for even a pet. Worst stay ever.

Disgusting. Walls were falling apart. Door was so gapped you could see outside with it locked. Heat took an hour to warm up. (930pm @ 34° outside) bathroom door didn’t latch. Walls were so cracked you can feel the air blowing thru into your face. Dogs barking all night. Hard uncomfortable beds. Pillow case on pillow had what looked like blood on it. Bed had someone’s hair embedded into the blankets. Nasty food crumbs and garbage behind the beds on the floor. Couldn’t wait to leave.

It's like living in the projects. People live on the premise permanently. There are beds on the outside, old furniture. Just horrible. Can't wait for morning to come to leave.

Literal holes in the walls, counters falling off, cracks in walls and ceilings. Only plus was the AC worked. Thats it. I have never seen anything this bad even in the movies.

I have stayed in some bad hotels over the years but this one takes the cake for the worst. Our toilet didn’t flush. The building was so rundown that it wasn’t funny

Disgusting, dirty. Should be condemned.

The room was so horrible and it’s such deplorable conditions that it felt disgusting even being inside that room because the room was nonrefundable. I just made another reservation at another hotel Motel in Newcastle, which was much better but sunrise Inn needs to be condemned. It’s just horrible. They should not be allowing people to stay in those rooms.

Stayed here for a little bit at first it wasn’t that bad but then it got bad couldn’t ever get clean towels didn’t have a microwave and then the ants came and don’t leave your laundry stuff where they have the washer and dryer because someone stole my basket and laundry soap and the staff are very mean I had a problem and they told the whole hotel and stuff I wouldn’t stay here ever again find another place and travel lodge as they are calling it is the same place it’s bad
