This was a reasonably priced hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are dated and need refreshing - for example, my shower leaked and the curtains in my room didn't draw all the way across the window, letting in a lot of street light and noise. The breakfast is really basic with no choices, just cheap bread, ham and cheese with coffee and atrifical juice. However the room was clean and the location is convenient for the bus station and central Punta. For the price, it was ok, and the really nice staff made it much better than it would otherwise have been.

Un hotel bonito, con personas muy comunicativas, muy cómodo y agradable. Te dan la recomendación qué se suele escuchar ruido nocturno por cuestiones externas al hotel por carreras clandestinas. Fuera de eso es un lugar bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas y de la estación de Buses.

The hotel is centrally located- close to the bus station and restaurants. The staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Punta Arenas.
