Friendly staffs with charming smiling face, and responded to request with high efficuecy. Room is trendy and clean, and I got a free English newspaper. Breakfast at the garden is simply spectacular!

Spacious area with tall ceilings, with great indonesian arts display, rooms are large and clean, but may need upgrade on toilet.
Breakfasts are soo great with indonesian, west and japanese!!

Nature meets comfort

We stayed here in 2019 and we stayed again 2024 the placed was not keep up and the property was run dow. I would not go back and will find other places.

Could be better
It’s my favourite hotel but the maintenance is not upto the mark. Aircon wasn’t functioning well- room temperature kept going higher inspite of lowering the temperature at the controls. They got to do better if I have to continue my patronage. Service by Mr Dhoni at the restaurant was highly commendable, people like him making me to revisit but the upkeep with the maintenance has to balance. I’m willing to give one more chance- if it remains the same or worsens- I will have to make other choices
