Disappointing. A lot incorrect or misleading items on listing. Many of the activities listed were not evident. Minimal communication about facilities.
This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in Guatemala and it provided the least amenities.
We were given a room in an annex [that is not mentioned in the listing] which was so far from the main building that the Wi-Fi did not reach it. When we asked to change we were told that nothing was available yet the next morning early, before the maids arrived, we walked past two empty rooms. The stairs to the room were dangerous especially at night because of building debris that had not been cleared.
Not sure what the Eco in the hotel name denotes but it is neither ecological or economical.
The restaurant hours were not greatly convenient and the breakfast service so erratic that we opted to eat elsewhere in the evening when we would have otherwise patronised the hotel
The whole place is badly maintained run down and cheaply run.
