The room was set up nicely but the cleanliness wasn't good at all. We found stains on the pillowcases, sheets, doors, and walls. The pullout couch had stains on its cushions as well along with a mattress that was unable to stay on the frame which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Stands of hair were found everywhere from light switch covers to counters, walls, and of course the shower. The view from our room was on the same level as the roof top sitting area and was further blocked by a random enclosed stairwell. The bed in the room was INCREDIBLY hard as a rock and low to the floor. That has to be one of the worst beds I've ever had to sleep. Parking after a certain time was an absolute horror. Multiple cars and trucks were double parked and caused a major headache when looking for parking. Lastly, customer service needs better training on how to give good service. I was unaware that my card needed to be updated through the hotels.com app. Instead of being asked to do so and be given time, I was met with a message ending with the threat of deactivating my access code. All of these things tell me to never book with this particular company again.
