The staff was very courteous, it seems as if the cleaning and maintenance staff was under staffed.
I realize that the local area recently had earthquakes, so there was damage to our interior walls. That was not a big deal to us, but when we took a shower the shower head would spray out into the hall way, also the refrigerator was full of water and did not work. They fixed all of those problems, but we had to constantly request for the cleaning staff for toilet paper and to through our garbage out.
