Checked in late after a hockey game in San Jose. Staff was courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

This is a recently opened hotel. Everything is very new well designed and excellent for the price. No the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a well designed shower. we would definitely book this place again.

The hotel itself is awesome, new and super clean! Very nice staff and great lobby and facilities. Downtown San Jose is a dump it’s not the hotels fault. The parking lot is really safe and secure, I’d definitely stay here again.

Still has that new car smell

The hotel is BRAND NEW as of April 2025 and is just gorgeous. Room is well appointed and the breakfast was great. About a 10-15 minute walk from the Diridon train station which was very convenient. Not a lot nearby in walking distance, but aside from that it's really nice

This hotel was great for what me and my wife needed. We stayed here for over a week and it was great. Very clean. Having a kitchen and full-size fridge in the room was also great. This hotel is high-tech, free breakfast was great and good and had a good variety. EV charging was greatly appreciated. Staff were great and accommodating.

Brand new hotel a little bit out of the way

This hotel is brand new, which is great. It's not in the best area, but it's walkable to food but not really entertainment. The garage is self park but still costs $30 per day and the gate stays open. Rooms were not huge but did feel like older mini studio apartments.

New, clean and very well maintained.

Booked this hotel for a good amount of 2 weeks for my family travelling from abroad. They almost felt like home, with a utility kitchen, things were so much easier. All the utilities are new. Room service was very prompt. Receptionists were very friendly as well explaining the charging during check in and check out. Laundry, gym and roof top access are top notch amenities they offer. And my family mentioned complementary breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend someone visiting San Jose. Especially since this is in downtown, very much accessible to nearby stores and things to do spots like San Pedro Square. Overall very impressed with the hotel.
