If there was an option for 0 star, I would have given 0.
1. There was no water for the entire stay, and with kids it was very difficult. We could not use the washroom.
2. Room was very cold and with temperature set at 30 deg as well, it did not warm up.
3. Rooms had a spungent smell, especially the carpets
4. Parking was chaotic, and no reserved parking for the hotel.
Not recommended with kids.
With all these issues, asked for a refund which was turned down and I had to change my plans and rebook with extra amount another hotel for my stay.
Really inconvenient and the worst experience ever.
