I booked for senior citizen mother who travelled all the way from Patna to Kolkata alone for some professional work. The payment was to be done on arrival.
When my mom reached the hotel, they denied hotel room saying, all rooms have been given out for a marriage party.
This was shocking to us. I gave this Terrible star because on request the hotel manager booked a room in a hotel across the road.
Not recommending this hotel to anyone anymore. Go their at your own risk.
