The hotel is new, in great shape, and clean. The rooms were large and there was a partially equipped kitchenette. All of this could have led to a five star review. However, shortly after arrival we went down to the small convenience store in the lobby for snacks since we were going to have a late dinner. I knew the snacks would be overpriced, although they were more so than I predicted. But the issue was that a few days later I discovered that I had been charged twice for the snacks. I contacted the hotel and they told me to wait, that one charge would drop off. I told them the charges would not drop off, they were no longer pending. I sent a screenshot of my bank statement. I have emailed them three times since then with no response from them (over the course of two weeks). At this point I will be reporting the duplicate charge to my bank as fraud. Their customer service is terrible, bordering on illegal. It overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.
