The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this calibre there should be more effort put in these areas. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave on about, if you are vegan there are a lack of options apart from bread and fruit. We requested for oatmeal to be made as one guests didn’t eat eggs but was given dried oats in a bowl.

Estuve en ese hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y fue un desastre total. Los chorros de la piscina no funcionaban, nadie nos dio información sobre los masajes, todo estaba apagado en el segundo piso, y en el bar nos ignoraron por 20 minutos. Nelson, el malhumorado, nos dijo que estaba ocupado. El servicio fue un desastre total.Pedimos servilletas y ni siquiera las trajeron a la mesa, las dejaron en el mostrador. Una experiencia terrible. Para colmo, en el desayuno nos encontramos de nuevo con Nelson y arruinó nuestra mañana con su risa sarcástica y mal servicio.
