The apartment that was allocated to me or no relation whatsoever to the advertised apartment. I was put in a basement with tiny windows, none of which could be opened.

Be very careful booking this property there was no indication we had the basement apartment even though the bulk of the photographs were of other apartments with sea views. We were given one key and needed two as I was at work and my wife in town but unable to give more than one, the check in isnt attached to the property but several hundred yards away so if you arrive in taxi have to drag a load of bags to the accomodation , The sound insulation between us and the apartment above was non existent even to the point of hearing conversation and every footstep. The windows are single pane to the pavement outside and every car-door or car starting is at head height, the Wifi was also poor and the TV which depwnded on it kept cutting out. We complained a couple of times to no avail whilst there and when askwd for a late check out for an additional hour was sent an invoice for £25. I stay in Plymouth several times a year and wont be returning.

This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished & so much natural light from the huge windows. The sea view was beautiful & looking out over Drake island & Plymouth sound was amazing.
Parking was available right outside at £10 a night but we could go out in the car & know we had parking when we got back. The Barbican is walking distance or a quick uber ride away & there are plenty of restaurants & bars. We unfortunately didn’t receive an email re the checking in process which was frustrating but once we made contact with the manager we got it sorted. That is the only aspect of the stay that wasn’t 5* - but it was sorted. We would definitely stay again.
