An amazing stay in Venice

This property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. The property is within walking distance to a small grocery store, a larger one is about 0 minutes away walking. You can get to all of the major sites within a 20 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and above all the apartment was spotless,

Beautiful apartments in a quiet area of Venice. Beautifully remodel apartments with all the comfort. They are located in a quiet area of Venice, close to the vaporetto and bus station and walkable to st. Marks piazza and basilica. Would definitely recommend, it was great! Safe and clean

Super clean, spacious, and best of all was Andrea and Marco, front desk/concierge who did a lot of work to help us with restaurant suggestions, reservations, questions ahead of time and even booking water taxis to the hotel, and from the hotel to VCE airport after... seamless, clear prompt and helpful communications. I booked this for my son and I while in Venice. I have to say it surpassed my expectations. Hospitality was 5⭐️ Excellent communication. Arrived and created by staff that were amazing!!! Too notch place to stay!

The location isn’t spot on very walkable from the Santa Lucia train station. Other sites like San Marco square, and the Realto bridge are about a good 20 minute walk. The walk was very good through the canals and narrow streets so it’s very good experience. There were thunderstorms for a few hours both days but lasted only for 4-5 hours in the morning, the sun quickly dried out the whole town. We stayed in our rooms and were very entertained by the waterway outside our windows. Even when it was raining we took the umbrellas available in the front and walked to the discount mini mart close by to get milk, juice and water for our next trip. The stay was very well organized and really top notch. I would highly recommend.
