Deposit was not what was posted on hotels.com site. It was $100, not $50. Office closes at 10pm until 10am. Some rules pertaining to deposit were petty, e.g. no dirt on sheetsRoom was clean. Cable did not work well. Was out all night.

I didn't expect much in a $50 room. The 100$ deposit didn't bother me either. The fact that the lobby does not open until 10am was major inconvenience. To get your cash deposit back they have to look at your room. You best plan on staying until the 11am check out or you forfeit your deposit. Luckily I knew someone in Tucson and they got it for me

We arrived two hours after check-in time and the person behind the front desk did not know if our room was ready. 15 mintues later, we're finally checked in. Our room smellwd fine, but the carpets were gross, the walls were gross, the bathroom/shower/curtain was gross. We ended up checking out at 10pm, not staying the night. It felt a little unsafe and we just didn't feel good trying to sleep there. The man behind the counter was friendly while he was trying ro check us in.

We booked a 2 bed room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, upon arrival the front desk clerk said that there were no 2 bed rooms available. Then suggested that we get 2 rooms at seperare ends of the hallway, when he was told that the kids were not going to sleep in a separate room from the adults he suggested that the adults each sleep with 1 teen. After much back and forth he finally says he found a 2 bed room for us. In this 2 bed room there was missing tiles in the tub/ shower with mold on the drywall behind it, the whole room smelled like mold, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was a party next door (we were next to the party rooms) until after 1am. Will not recommend staying here.

Llegué noche por el viaje. Hice Check-In. Pero fui a cenar. Cuando llegué la habitación estaba sucia. Alguien había estado ahí. Quise ir al Lobby, pero estaba cerrado y el número de atención

No fue una buena experiencia, para empezar nos cobraron comisión por pagar con tap, luego nos cobraron el doble de el depósito que hasta el día de hoy no se ah regresado a mi tarjeta ($100 dlls). Las camas si bien son nuevas, suenan muchísimo con solo voltearte de posición al dormir. Hay un nido de palomas justo en el extractor en la habitación y hacen muchísimo ruido, no se puede descansar. Tuvimos que quedarnos por qué ya no teníamos más opción pero la vdd no creo que vuelva :( solo quiero mi depósito de regreso!!
