The staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed our room wasn’t cleaned , open soap still in shower and lots of hair in drain. The breakfast options were decent for continental breakfast but flys were everywhere. Kind of grosse. Beds were comfy at least . Could hear alot friday night from surrounding rooms but not bad.

This property is being used to house homeless or low income families. The property smelled terrible. The carpeting was filthy and stained in all areas. The air conditioning worked great but everything else was dirty, worn out, and just terrible. Had to plug in lights around bed to get outlets to work.

Love Comfort Inn but this one needs updating in every room. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door, a 5x5 discolored wall patch, and a 4x12inn strip in the bathroom that needed patched. The tv only gave us seven local channels when we should have had basic cable. The worst part was the shower was lukewarm on the hottest setting and trickled from the spout above but poured from the spout below. I called the front desk and the clerk told me they would figure out something and call me back. They didn’t. I went down. Neither clerk wanted to help me— instead they acted as if I were lying. I told them I was NOT asking for my money back— I was asking for a different bathroom to shower since they told me there is no maintenance on the weekend. As I stood there waiting… the male clerk went to the back. The female told me she was waiting on him to decide. I went to get coffee and came back just in time to see him leave. I asked her what the plan was and she allowed my husband to take a shower in a different room. I think them having a plan in place and willing to fix the situation quickly would have been best case scenario. It felt as though I was an inconvenience when in fact all I was doing was asking for what we paid for. Comfort Inn has got to do something better!!

The check-in went well, but when we got to the room the HVAC unit was on Cool and the thermostat was set to 60 degrees! When we changed the unit to Heat, the room quickly filled with a foul odor that made it smell like the room had been smoked in - not acceptable! In the morning I went to fill our small ice chest, but both (all) of the ice machines were out of commission - no ice for customers anywhere in the hotel. The front desk attendant basically conveyed a "well that's too bad for you attitude," instead of offering a real alternative solution. Again, not acceptable! On a positive note, the hotel was fairly quiet and the free hot breakfast bar was pretty good, although there was no fresh fruit (apples, bananas, etc.) available.
