Room clean but no reading lights, no carpet. TV only four channels and needed a Samsung subscription to use Netflix etc. Didn’t feel secure (check-in desk behind plexiglass for example). Loud noise and smoking in the hallways which made it very hard to sleep.

O hotel é novo, então está tudo funcionando bem, quarto espaçoso e banheiro bom, tem tudo que é oferecido na descrição. Os voos do Brasil, normalmente chegam cedo e o check-in começa às 15 horas, porém o hotel não permite deixar as bagagens, o que dificulta muito a vida do turista. Para quem chegar cedo e quiser passear, terá que encontrar um guarda volumes. O café da manhã é básico, mas serve para começar o dia. Fica pŕoximo a duas estações de metrô, o que facilita a locomoção.

The staff at this hotel was quite courteous. The hotel was clean on the outside and inside and beds were comfortable. The only downfall is finding a cockroach on the wall on the second night of our stay. We did inform the staff and they did want to assist by spraying Raid. Due to the smell, chemicals and being late we declined and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, there was no room available to be transferred to that night and we were told in the morning. They will let us know if there was a room available. Morning came and there was no room available The following day so we asked them to please clean the room and ensure it was clean by the time we returned. Aside from that the room we were in was close to the stair door, which was annoying because every time someone will open the door it was slam Which would wake us from our sleep. For the price we paid we got a fair stay. Will I rebook probably not.

Room was small particularly for two people. Rooms could use some table lamps for reading in bed at night. The noise from other guests slamming their doors close in the early morning and late at night was unsettling. Hotel room doors could use some type of cushions to mitigate the sound.
