The rooms are all in the basement of the house, below a permanent tenant who the host told me after days of getting no sleep that she purposely disturbs guests because the 2 of them don’t get along & she’s supposedly being evicted in a few months. This was very upsetting because the host is allowing paying guests to be disturbed all night & day. Kids running & jumping, loud tv & music, nonstop stomping, extremely loud talking that you can hear word for word, constant dropping of heavy items. This noise lasted while after 3 & 4am every single day. Another long term guests in the basement was arguing with a woman for hours after midnight & screamed at me when I asked him to please keep it down - strangely accused me of asking him to be quiet because he was a black man. The host continued to ask me to pay him outside of the app. Terrible neighborhood as well. I do NOT recommend!

Great for what I needed

I traveled solo for a concert and just needed a place to stay one night that wasn't super expensive, it was fine for what I needed and a good value. Was it luxurious? No but what do you expect? I was able to grab an Uber right outside safely. I slept well and that's what matters. The only negative thing I'll say is that I wish the bathroom door lock was more secure, I ended up not showering because I didn't feel like the door was really locked.

Firstly, the accommodation is in a residential neighborhood. Do not go up the stairs, the poor resident seems to be over people ringing the doorbell thinking that’s where the hotel is. Your entrance is through a side door which would be a little creepy to enter through at night. The common space is shared with other people staying in the other rooms. The place feels a little rundown. The walls are thin I could hear what the person in the room next to me was watching on tv. And the doors feel like they could get busted through easily. Overall I did not like it here. I checked out early. The only good things were that it was shelter for the one night I stayed and the bed was comfortable.
