I stayed 5 nights. The accommodations were comfortable. I had a king size bed, couch, and a chair. I was even able to bring my family over to relax in the room during the day. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, and the managers/owners of the hotel were awesome.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness was poorly maintained. there were visible signs of neglect, and I encountered cockroaches in the room. The atmosphere outside the hotel was unsettling, with groups of people loitering near the entrance all hours of the night which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, my room wasn’t being cleaned until after I checked in, that was around 7pm. I ask for a refund but was denied. I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience.

The housekeeper came to reset our TV. It was the first time I've met my housekeeper. She was so friendly and asked if she could do anything else. She asked if the room was ok because she had she had cleaned it. I liked knowing my housekeeper.

Snarky owners

While our arrival was nice and the owner was friendly and courteous we left not feeling that way. We are traveling across the country and needed a good nights sleep. We listened to a remodeling project going on until 9:45 pm directly in front of our room. When I called the desk and complained they came right away and had them stop. We decided to check out the next morning and cut our stay short due to the noise not being sure it would not happen again the next day. Also while checking out there was a big at the door I’m pretty certain it was a roach but of course they called it a beatle. When hotels.com called to refund our unused nights stay they were snarky and would not honor the credit. I guess they needed the money that badly. Town is basically abandoned. There was however a very good restaurant Morellos. They have a vast menu and very good food.

Nice place. The staff is friendly, but no one is available at the front desk before 9. The breakfast is what you’d expect; cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, toast and bagels. The room has a refrigerator, which was convenient, but I had to defrost the freezer so I could re-freeze the ice packs for my cooler. Several restaurants within walking distance, including a pizza place across the street and Morello’s two blocks away. Short drive to chain restaurants.

New owners! The room I had was spotless and in great condition. I was surprised, I've stayed in the Quality inn and super 8 in Harrisburg, this room was hands down better! Nice couple bought it, very hospitable and super friendly!

The room was great! The Staff was terrible! I asked the manager if he could ask his wife to stop calling me "honey" and he made an unbelievable issue out of this! I am going through a divorce and I made him aware of this and asked him to ask his wife to stop calling ne "honey"! And he made an unbelievable issue out of this! Obviously, they are not very educated and do not understand why this might be offensive. "I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel" under any circumstances!!!

Not a good experience

Got to the motel at approximately 8:30 pm. The room was not ready and they did not even know if they had the room we paid for. I was told the website was selling more rooms than they had available. After a lengthy wait we were given the card key to the room but were told there were no towels in the room. Someone would bring them in about an hour. 90 minutes later, I called the front office to get them. After a long day, we were looking forward to a shower and sleep. The hairdryer did not work. Had to call to get a working hairdryer. Picked up the phone to call the front office and the cord for the receiver popped right out of the phone. I had to hold it in to make the call. At that, the call was cut off because it would not keep a connection. The room was clean. No coffee. They did give us to complimentary waters.
