Lovely clean room , well stocked with ameneties and equipment for cooking and relaxing. Friendly staff at the concierge desk. Very handy access for the Toronto street car (close to Bastion Str. Station). Big supermarket close by (Lobblaws) with a drug store underneath where you can by tickers for the street car. Check in via WhatsApp realty easy, also good communication throughout our stay - always recieved a quick reply from management. If i was staying here again I'd need to remember swim kit - theres a pool available on the ground floor. Perfect stay and would definitely stay here again

Great stay, I have nothing to complain about. The apartment was spacious, and all the accommodations were excellent. The only issue was that the check-in process was a bit complicated.

The room was dirty and 2 places had drywall cut out. The walls were scuffed and you could see where someone sat on the coach with their head on the wall. One vent had so much dust it was disgusting. There was no top sheet on the master bed. Only 2 washcloths for 5 people. There was a load of laundry in the dryer that I had to remove so I could dry the load of wash clothes in the washer. The Bay Suites did not send me check in info until I called them when I arrived at facility. Was never informed I had to reserve a parking space so we had no where to park. Overall horrible hotel experience. Our trip was totally ruined by all the inconveniences. Would totally not recommend anyone stay at this facility. The workers at the desk were also extremely rude. The dishwasher was broken and the cabinets were peeling. The toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to contact to get my security deposit information. I could go on but hopefully this will help you make an informed decision.

Good location, and cheap enough for what it is. You're not going to get the ritz, but we found the room to be amenable for our needs. There was some poor communication over the deposit, as well as additional information needed which was only given me at my request.

Très bon logement, spacieux, tout équipé, à 15min à pied des points d'intérêt touristiques, dans un beau building. Stationnement très compliqué à proximité, et parking de l'hebergement cité dans l'annonce non garanti... On nous annonce qu'il est complet quand on le demande le Jour J. Attention à la procédure de check-in qui n'est pas pratique pour quelqu'un pas à l'aise informatiquement et en anglais : tout se fait à distance, j'ai dû envoyer un message sur Hotels.com + sur WhatsApp au numero indiqué pour faire un enregistrement en ligne puis avoir les codes d'accès à la résidence. Tout s'est bien passé pour nous, mais procédure qui peut étonner.

Excellent location although the suite was in dire condition and needed maintenance in many aspects. Some examples…. Floors missing transitions, drywall cut out of closets and bedroom, damaged blinds, window not operational, flooring loose, stove missing controls, door knobs loose including entry door. Entire suite requires wall repairs and painting in most areas. Bathroom fan not operational

The condo was fine. It's definitely well used, but the view is great. It was a place to crash and central enough that most of Toronto's hotspots are within a 30mins walk. ie Rogers Centre, Budweiser Stage etc.

Our confirmation booking from Expedia was for a different address then the company sent us. They sent a text and a WhatsApp message asking for a deposit. Very sketchy. Called the company directly to confirm, they didn't send check in instructions until after check in time. No parking on site, we had to pay $110 for a night of parking 1 km away. Room was nice and fairly clean, but there were holes in the walls, dirty walls, broken flooring, stain on the couch. Picture of apartments on booking site are not the buildings you are staying in.

Privacy and coffee not provided ;)

It was a good space to use for an overnight trip. The view is truly excellent and the space is adequate. There are peculiarities in this unit, however. For example, the second and third “bedrooms” have no privacy— one has sliding clear glass walls and another is a den with no door. There is only one real bedroom, and it’s good, with privacy and an en-suite and a great view. In the kitchen, there is no coffee actually available—there’s a pod coffee maker with no pods and giant tins of coffee grounds, but nothing in which to filter coffee. The check-in process involved WhatsApp requests to officially register and pay a deposit—this made me nervous, cause I booked through hotels.com and expected communication through that app only, but it all worked out fine. I got my deposit back reasonably quickly.

Communication was not good we wanted early check in to get ready for a concert and drop off bags and our rooms was not ready at 2 when they said 1 and then the maid super rude as she was cleaning room.

The property does not match the photos or description. It does not have separate eating or sitting area as per the description. There were 2 towels but they were tiny towels. Very basic and the lobby staff are not helpful at all.

Honestly, the apartment was in worse shape than we had thought based off the photos. There were stains on the couch, cabinetry peeling off, missing lightbulbs in lamps that were necessary due to lack of ceiling lights etc. Also, one of the reasons we booked this place was because it advertised it had a gym. I soon found out that this was not true for guests unless you were a long term stay. I felt like I was ripped off because that was one of the selling features for me, but yet I wasn’t able to access it. The other thing that annoyed me is that I had requested an early check-in as our flight landed at 10 AM and check-in was listed at 5 PM. They told me we could come around 4 but they would contact me as soon as the suite was ready. Well, they didn’t contact me, I had to call them again to see if the suite was ready, therefore communication could’ve been a little better.

Terrible communication

No knowledge of key or codes or parking until day of. Left us wondering how checkin was going to go. Parking was an additional 36$ we weren't aware of. Or park free 15 minute walk away. Nothing mentioned in the advertisement. No remote for tv. Called manager 3 times. No answer. No return call. Meant no remote for tv. Entire system was unclear and not communicating proper.

Communication prior to check in was extremely poor. I never received the check in instruction email prior to check in time so we were delayed in accessing the room quite a bit. Because of this I also was not informed free parking was available and ended up paying $50 for parking somewhere else

Manque de communication pour l'arrivée à l'établissement. Obligé d'appeler très compliqué avec la barrière de la langue du coup on a eu accès à notre appartement avec plus d'une heure de retard. Dommage. Appartement correct très spacieux, petit problème de robinet sur les baignoires.
