Poor front desk services no one knows what they are doing. Didn’t explain anything at the front desk about the rooms services even the Internet service. Bedsheet was not clear and hot water was not working. Its say non smoking room but we can smell someone smoke in our room. And there was lizard in the elevator. Door handles on most of the cabinets were broken and there was makeup on the drawer. As I booked two rooms for my family and I paid $65 per room/ per nights. It’s not worth for it.
I will never stay go back to the hotel again.
