First of all, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the pillows were poorly stitched, with the stuffing sticking out. Furthermore, there was no room key, so I couldn't leave my luggage in the room when I went out. Furthermore, the noise of the washing machine running in the kitchen/laundry room on the first floor could be heard late into the night. This was truly a disappointing stay.
