Great location and the rooms facing pyramids. Our room size was huge, jacuzzi with pyramids view. The windows are wall to wall and bottom to ceiling giving the best view of pyramids from everywhere in the room. Their restaurant is very convenient and roof top view of pyramids. It’s the very good location. Restaurant staff is very courteous and food is decent. They were able to get us the cabs from to airport and also arrange for a tour etc. that was very convenient. A bit pricey compared to what we could have done with Uber ourselves. But it’s worth being in the new country and convenience of going to multiple places Area and approach to the hotel can be a bit daunting but as long as uber or car is there it’s good. Overall quality of bathrooms/fittings can be better but since we there for just one day it was good for us. In all it’s a great location, good staff and convenience to Giza pyramids etc.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, although pretty unorganized. The rooftop patio was great and gives you a great view of the pyramids. The internet was horrible and didn’t really work at all, so if you need to work remotely, this is not the hotel for you. The internet on the rooftop patio was fast when it was working, but it went in and out randomly. It was off way more than it was working. Floors of both rooms we stayed in were filthy.

Some nice people at reception but in general they should relook at how they describe the hotel. Elevator faulty, but stairs full of construction debris. Terrace/restaurant view is very nice but service is extremely slow (even to recognize that we are there), the menu is hard to load via the QR code, and many items not available. After ordering it took 1hr+ for food to arrive and maybe it came from a place down the street? No internet working for our stay. The hotel is spread between several floors of an old apartment building, our room on floor 5 had a good view of the pyramids. Traffic noise was high on the patio but OK with the window closed. My daughter's favorite part was the stray cat in the corridor and the defunct hot tub in the corner of the room.

I had a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, allowing for quick access to the Pyramids and the rest of Giza. Also it’s only a short drive away from downtown Cairo. The facilities could use a little improvement—the toilet seat in my room was broken and would occasionally come unhinged, but it was functional. There were some exposed wires by my bedside table, some fallen LED strips loosely hanging under the desk, and some lighting features that just wouldn’t work. These were all minor things however that didn’t really impact my stay too much. I will say what makes the hotel exceptional are two things: the rooftop restaurant that over looks the Pyramids, and the over the top service from the staff. The view from the roof is spectacular and I spent a lot of time up there during my stay. It will definitely be remembered as one of the highlights of my trip. The staff always went out of their way to make sure I was having the best stay I could. Omar was fantastic and a huge part of why I had such a great trip. My first day he showed me around Giza and took me out for lunch. He was there whenever I needed assistance or wanted to book an activity. And when I had a last minute issue with an Expedia booking for a cruise on the Nile, Omar arranged for me to go on a different cruise just a couple hours before for no additional cost. I can’t thank him and the other staff enough for their service and help. Truly an unforgettable stay! Would recommend!

Ich hatte glück mit meiner Suite mit balkon, aber in einem anderen zimmer hätte ich nie übernachten können. Es ist alles anderst als auf den bildern und die bewertungen auf ebookers sind nicht real, passt auf. Personal ist sehr freundlich doch auch da wird man gescammt wenn mal einen trip machen will. Es stehen auch nur handtücher und shampo sowie seife zur verfügung und nicht wie beschrieben andere hygieneartikel. Sehr laut, schlecht isoliert und frühstück konnte ich nur gekochte eier essen aber das ist geschmacksache. Ich empfehle ein anderes hotel.

We chose this hotel based on the high (9.8) rating. It was in horrible shape, dirty with exposed wiring in the bathroom. However, the most egregious part was when we went to leave in the morning, the desk staff would not check us out and tried to prevent us from leaving unless we left them an excellent review right there on the spot. Our tour guide who came to pick us up at the hotel had to intervene for us to be able to leave. Not only should you not stay here, but Orbitz/Expedia should remove them from their site.

“Amazing stay with breathtaking views!” Our stay at Comfort Giza Inn was simply perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with everything from check-in to arranging tours. Fantastic location and warm atmosphere My stay at Comfort Inn Giza was excellent from start to finish. The location of the hotel is very good. Right in front of the pyramids and the view from Rooftop is breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Staff was really kind and helpful. Room was spacious and the decoration of both the hotel and the room was authentic.

Amazing hospitality and perfect location Staying at Comfort Inn Giza was a wonderful experience.
