Las habitaciones se encuentran armoniosamente ubicadas frente al lago Llanquihue, con una hermosa vista a la bahìa, pero se ve que no han sido remodeladas en bastante tiempo. Las alfombras se ven algo sucias y la calefacción/aire acondicionado presentó problemas durante nuestra estadía, la pieza estaba extremadamente caliente. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, incluso vimos una camioneta que rompiò su antena y tuvo que retirarse. Finalmente, la comida del restaurante no es de buen nivel, bastante estándar, así como el desayuno. Se ve que falta personal en el lugar, las filas de espera para la comida, etc, son muy largas y lentas. El personal es muy atento y tiene muy buena actitud, lo que soluciona bastante de la mala experiencia por las instalaciones.

1 día en el Hotel Dreams Los Volcanes Pro. Varas

Nos fue bien, pero yo pasé mucho frío y no supe regular la temperatura. Nos acostamos después de las 10 de la noche. Por tal motivo, no pude pedir ayuda ya que nos informaron que el personal estaba solo hasta las 22 horas. Por el Paso a Paso no se contaba con los entretenimientos que hacen cobrar esa tarifa de 4 estrellas. No tuvimos casino, ni sauna ni piscina temporada, pero el valor no se adecuó a la situación de pandemia. El personal de comedor fue escaso y se demoró el servicio. Me tocó la habitación 511 dónde había polvo en lámpara y mueble. Gracias.

Perfect jump-off place to visit Los Lagos

This is a great place to jump start your visit to Los Lagos. It's a quick (20-30 minute) ride from the Puerto Montt airport. The property is perfectly situated along the bay/shoreline of the town. The vistas from the hotel are stunning: you get perfect views of Osorno and Calbuco from almost everywhere. You can easily walk to town, to shop, to eat, to visit historic places (like the church of the Sacred Heart). We did not visit the casino, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The desk clerk upgraded us on our last night stay to an executive suite (601) in the garret on the top floor. It was awesome.

Perfect spot to enjoy spectacular views of Osorno

Hotel de los Volcanes is perfectly situated on the shore with spectacular views of Osorno and Calbuco. You can walk everywhere (to the Church of the Sacred Heart, to the market, along the harbor, to restaurants, etc.) Staff is friendly, junior and executive suites are very comfortable with an array of amenities. We did not use the pool or spa; we enjoyed breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Our last night, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive suite. Thank you!

Excelente estadía de una semana, hermosa vista

Estuvo excelente destacando la ubicación, el casino, la atención de los empleados, en especial de Joanna y Luis del Restaurant y de Eduardo de la recepción del Hotel. La habitación enorme e incluso con Jacuzzi para dos personas, espectacular y dos baños aparte. El aseo impecable. De lo corregible, sin posibilidad de late check- out, aunque igual nos acomodaron en la sala Bussiness con baño, las puerta de los baños del Restaurant que hay que reparar, ya que el seguro está malo (casetas), sobre todo la comida no fue nota 10, creo que falta un buen Chef y aunque sea Buffet debe ser de mejor calidad para este hotel.

A hotel with a casino! Quite a surprise but the breakfast service (gentleman) was great however not enough was made of the hotel facilities in advising guests. However, when it wasn’t raining you got the MOST amazing view of the volcano and that is what we were there for.
