The room was lovely and clean. The location is great. I booked this hotel for the pool and based on the photos of it, however when I arrived the pool area had only one lounge chair and everyone else had to lie on the concrete. If I knew the area around the pool wasn’t comfortable I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. The check out staff member was great, however the staff member who checked me in had a tricky person before me who thought they had already paid online. Once she left, the staff member rolled her eyes and then complained about her to me. I found this quite unprofessional.

room is fine - getting old and tired and needs a reno but the bigger concern was while i was in the room someone else was able to access my room. They swipped themselves in - realised someone else was in there said' sorry' and left. I contacted reception to ask if this was staff or another guest with the incorrect key access. they did not answer so i left a message. there has been zero response to this. The security chain on the door has been removed so there is no way to stop this occurring overnight which did not make me feel safe. I advised the morning staff of this issue and was told this was impossible. - it would be less possible if the security chain hadn't been removed.
