We were not provided with a bar of soap, conditioner or a hair dryer, even when I asked. Also, we stayed 2 nights and I needed 2 more towels. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME UNLESS I BROUGHT THE USED, WEY TOWELS TO THE DESK. Completely unacceptable.

No Sound Proofing

Too noisy. Only 2 bath towels, washcloths, hand towel in room for 4 people.

This is by far the worst experience ever in my life. I arrived at hotel, lady behind counter was not welcoming. She gave the room key and when I opened the door the room was occupied. This was very embarrassing for me and the family. I asked for another room and key she gave me would not open the room. She tried rescanning the room 4 times. She finally game another room and the room next door was having a party with loud music. I called the front desk and they did not help. One of the workers was in uniform smoking what looked like a blunt with weed. The floor were dirty, the laundry mat floor had water leaking into the hall way. This hotel was an absolute mess ran by people that don't care and make it into the low income projects.
