Parking there was an ordeal. I arrived late after a work function and because of the snow, I ended up having to shovel my way into a spot. There wasn't enough room to turn my car around so I had no choice but to wedge my car in. The room was nice. I appreciated having actual cream and milk in the fridge for my coffee instead of the powder. This is fairly rare in my experience, so thank you hotel. Bed was comfy enough. Curtains okay but let daylight through the sides.

I forgot an item in the room. However they sent me a message with the picture of the item. Lydie, the receptionist, was very helpful. Parking is included. The room was very clean. 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner and soap are the only toilet amenities.

Very clean venue. Nice decor and great staff. I didn’t know they don’t make your bed nor change towels for four days and the ceiling in Room 305 wasn’t finished (open last!) but everything else was stellar.

Unique style of property and felt secure because you needed a code at the front door and to get into your room. Room was comfortable and had the usual amenities. Quiet enough apart from a few times but nothing unbearable and rooms were well insulated from noise. Water was hot and room was clean. Would recommend bringing your hair dryer as the one provided is not ionic or powerful. Nice not having housekeeping daily as it felt more secure. Quite a walk to old Quebec City but doable in about 30-40 minutes. Uphill coming back but there is a bus route if you want to do that. Good safe feeling area to be in with a grocery store about a block away. Would definitely recommend!

Property in general and rooms are beautiful. Clean and spacious. Property is in the middle of everything so price for uber/taxi is the same all around. Hotel is walking distance to plains of Abraham. Great scenery for looking down the hill. Great overall experience.
