We did not have the room. They had over-booke their accommodation and we ended up looking for a place to stay for the night and getting a refund from expedia. This was purely due to the season greed and they would take money from locals paying more and through out those booked officially as we would get a refund. very inconviniencing and would never book them again. Very poor customer relations
