Great location

Check in was pretty easy and security staff were very polite and professional. The condo, Unit 2406, would be comfortable for 3 or 4 people but is not a true 2 BR. The second bedroom is designed as a den and quite small with no place for a suitcase. The unit was well enough equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and lots of good towels. The location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to Rogers Center for the ball games. There are many good restaurants in the area and a small grocery store (Rabba) only a block away.

Bate and switch. Property manager stated they would reimburse me for the 2 nights, if we checked out early. Now he won’t return text messages, calls and or return the money.

Very unfortunate experience

Unfortunately, this stay did NOT meet our expectations. We were switched to another location at the last minute that was not at all where we had booked. The owner did offer a refund, but at the last minute as we drive into the city what is a renter supposed to do?... We then had serious security concerns. We had to retrieve the key from a lock box in a dark alley and we were instructed to NOT ask for any help from the onsite security staff. Once in the unit, there are no blinds on the windows. There is a large window in the bedroom with no blinds. Is it really reasonable to have my wife sleep with a large window looking into a public courtyard? I don't think so. We were instructed to contact a separate person for issues. We did contact this other person but nothing was done. No responses and no help. The free parking was in fact pay parking that we had to chase the owner to refund us for. Bottom line, this is a terrible listing that everyone should avoid at all costs unless you want to be moved far away and be subject to serious issues. I recommend this place be avoided.

Une heure avant notre arrivée, je reçois un message de l'hôtel qui nous informe qu'il y a un dégât d'eau et ne propose un hébergement de type Airbnb plus loin, bruit (proche de chemins de fer) .. bref très différent de celui qu'on a réservé. Quand on est allé voir à l'hôtel qu'on a réservé, les clients arrivent normalement et rejoignent leurs chambres. Quand on a parlé à la réception qui ont contacté le gestionnaire. Ce dernier m'a envoyé un message en me proposant deux options , soit accepter ce qui me propose soit une annulation. à 13h PM et avec deux enfants et après 6 heures de routes, je n'avait le temps ni l'énergie pour chercher un autre hébergement. j'ai donc accepté l'autre option très différentes et sûrement moins chère . le gestionnaire m'a informé que expédia est au courant.. on ne comprend pas pourquoi expédia n'a pas réagit et permet un tel comportement, soit remplir les hôtels et envoyer les clients vers des Airbnb..

The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to pretty much everything we needed and the amenities within the suite were excellent! Rooftop pool and the view were incredible. Worth mentioning, the suite only comes with one key and elevator fob so it was challenging since we were a larger group. So just be aware when booking. Otherwise, would happily stay here again!

Disappointed in the Service/Communication

Communication with the host was difficult. We arrived at the property and we were not registered, I contacted host and received a number to call but the call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I contacted host again and received a call from a lady who said that she would help us check in but she said that we were at the wrong address. I argued replying that we were at the address on the booking. We had to move to another address and discovered that we had been moved without our knowledge. The new address was about 1.5 blocks away (not far) but not the address/view/amenities that I booked and paid for. The unit was OK but, again, not what I booked. Also, I opted to pay at the property and there was no option to pay once I arrived and they were still able to charge my credit card??!!

We booked 2x two-bedroom units, they switched out one of our units without telling us, when we complained they offered us $50. They put two air mattresses in the unit for us because of the switch, and one of them was marked "broken". Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location was good.

The location is amazing with allot of options and walkable. It is definitely better than an hotel option. I was upgraded to two bedroom and I needed one only. I loved the extra space and it gives nice feeling. I wished if I had blackouts at the bed room. But over all it was a nice stay

This was my first time staying at a ace other than a hotel. I was very pleased with the accommodations. The instructions for check in were very thorough. The place was also very clean and location was perfect! Host checked in on us and answered texts promptly. I highly recommend this place!
