After asking a few people finally found the building , key is in safe over road , apartment was fine did 5 of us with plenty of space, milk coffee etc was a bonus for a brew, host replied quickly to any concerns we had , good value for money

Avoid

No communication from owner, couldn’t check-in at all. Managed to find alternative accommodations, thanks to Hotels.com so didn’t ruin the weekend but worth avoiding. Also the map shows the location as significantly different to the actual address. Avoid at all costs

Excellent apartment in great location.

The property is very comfortable, large, clean and in a great location near the city centre, with convenient and affordable parking nearby. A great apartment. Harry, our host, was easy to reach, responsive and helpful through every stage of the booking. The security deposit that Harry requested was returned very promptly with no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not book this apartment. We booked it and arranged to do activities in Manchester, as a group of five females on a birthday night out. Check in was meant to be 1500 and I had messaged the host prior, to ensure we knew where to collect the key. My messages were left unread and the phone number provided, went to answerphone. We arrived at the apartment and there was no one there to greet us. We then reached out to expedia and they could not contact the host. After several hours on hold, they said they would ring us back, with alternative accommodation. This was at 17.30 and we had a brunch booked in the city centre at 18.00. We could not wait any longer, so had to pay for another hotel and it is a good job we did, as Expedia did not ring us until 20.30, so 5.5 hours after we should have che ked in.
