The Turkish resorts go out of their way to provide night time entertainment and Signa had big time shows each night. All of the ala carte restaurants were fabulous… One of the best I’ve stayed at in Turkey… beach, pools all great!!

Review of Liberty Signa Hotel

From the moment we arrived at Liberty Signa, we were greeted with warm smiles and a fresh bouquet of flowers—such a thoughtful touch that instantly exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and provided personal attention throughout our stay. The hotel itself is pure luxury, with beautiful interiors and a peaceful ambiance. The food options were not only excellent but seemingly endless—something to suit every taste and craving. We had an incredible stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, class, and exceptional service.

A hell of a lot that is great about the hotel but things that werent 5 star. Plastic single use around the pool. Sometimes running out of the limited bramded spirits they had. Not an extensive cocktail menu, you had to ask if they could make certain drinks. Replenishment of mini bar - we took our 3 month old so needed bottled water that sometimes wasnt brought to the room for hours. Asked for milk for the coffee machine, it just didnt come. Some of the finishes if you actually looked past the surface in lift areas, hallway, toilets etc, wasnt a true 5 star experience. Main ntertainment starts at 9.45 and is ear piercingly loud. Live music that was supposed to be on never was at beach bar. QR codes on beds didnt work at times so had to wait for staff to come and on occasion even then wasnt great. Repetitive pool entertainment. Irish pub never had live music, was always a bit quiet. So much potential to be better. Things that were great - Grounds and gardeners Beach and beach bar A la carte's Music around beach bar on playlist. Room and lighting was great. Food was good, with a nice mix of cuisine. Pool area itself was brilliant, never struggled for a bed. Adult pool was beauitful (went for a swim and a coffee when the family was still asleep) Staff in general were lovely. Aesthetics and cleanliness of the hotel. Bottom line is it needs a bit of refinement, but defo could be 'that place' Not on a par with the service at a Barut Hotel.

Fabulous Hotel with a couple of issues. Room was excellent for a family of three with a proper separate bed (in same room) for a child. When full not enough room for all sun beds to be poolside however no issue for me as huge number of beachside beds so all good. Food in the main very good although service suffers towards the end of a long run, not surprising as breakfast is available for 4 hours as an example. I think the Hotel is a little confused about its offering as it blasts out music until 1 in the morning (mainly rave it felt like to me?) and I don’t get it as literally hundreds of kids here so seemed an odd mix to offer up. There is an adults only area but that shuts at 1 as well so feel the offering here is a little limited compared to other offerings in Turkey. No idea over its Eco credentials other than aircon switches off automatically if you leave the room which is a standard offering for most new built Hotels anyway. Overall a good Hotel and you won’t go far wrong if stay here and I would be happy to return.

On arrival we were greated with flowers and a glass of Prosecco . Our room - a family suite consisted of 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each a hallway on entry led to the rooms We had a small pool on the balcony which was lovely - the only issue was the wood that covers the front of the balconies was to low and on stepping out of the pool both my husband and son cut their heads ( neither are tall) - this is had to avoid as naturally to step out of the pool you have to stand up . I would suggest that the wood is cut to the height of the actual plaster on the balcony. There was adequate soap , shampoo etc and whilst this did run out a quick call to reception and it was rectified straight away . Food in every area was fabulous . Buffet , okeanos, tatre, ricotta were our favourites. Puri ( Indian ) had very small portions but was tasty and you can just order more. My only issue around food was the restaurant times , we normally booked a table for 8:30 in the a la carte restaurants , we felt a bit rushed as they seem to close around 9:30/10 . There are lots of lovely areas to sit and have a drink after though - lumeous beach club was a favourite - at least until the DJ started with overly loud music with a boom . The music itself was good but was too loud as you couldn’t speak with the volume - the setting is outstanding with a chilled vibe but the overly loud music perhaps detracts from this, it also meant that you couldn’t get to sleep before 01:00 with the noise of the base

Had many issues at this hotel. 1. Checkin We paid for sea view room and at checkin time were downgraded but the staff insusted pool room is more superior. Not sure how when the pool room is 40% smaller and cheaper. I had ro argue witb reception to get the room we paid for at 4am in the morning. There was also no night manager so there was no way to raise or escalate problems. Terrible experience 2. Checkout We did not checkin till 5am into the room and so did not make it to breakfast . In other words we paid for a whole nights stay but did not use thier facilities. On cbeckout we requested 6 hour chekout late as flights were late night. We were informed this is not possible unless we pay. Then miracles would be possible. Terrible service 3. Pools We three times checked if indoor pool will be heated. It was requirement of the booking. But everyday the indoor pool was freezing cold and ojr son did not use the pool services. We raised this several times but nothing was done over our whole stay. Terrible service again. 4. Diet We follow strict vegan diet. There is tonnes of meat options and yes if you asked chef personally he was kind enough to make one dish for you. But one shoud not have to keep askikg every night this is not 5 star service. It makes you feel uncomfortable 5. Overall The whole experience was below par and i would certainly not recommend this hotel or group to anyone. Service is well below par and raising issue with senior management team does not help
